Problem Statement

Intelly Digital Solutions wanted to update its look to feel more modern and appealing. They aimed to design their website and services to better meet the needs of their users, make their brand feel more genuine, and earn the trust of their clients. Their goal was to create a strong and consistent identity that would help them stand out from competitors and clearly show what they offer to potential customers.

Objective:

To develop a modern and authentic brand identity for Intelly Digital Solutions that resonates with its target audience and reflects its innovative approach.

Research and Insights:

To ensure a brand identity that stands out, we conducted extensive research, including a competitor analysis to identify gaps in the market. Surveys were also carried out to understand target audience preferences for brand aesthetics and messaging.

Findings:

The research revealed that the target audience favored brands with a modern, minimal aesthetic that conveyed professionalism and trustworthiness.

Color Palette:

We selected vibrant neon colors of green, cyan, and sea blue to reflect the modern and innovative essence of the brand. These colors not only stand out but also evoke a sense of trust and professionalism.

Logo Development:

The logo, which features the letter “I” shaped like a boomerang with a circle on top, embodies the concepts of innovation, creativity, and user-centricity. The rounded design symbolizes the agency’s approach to fostering client relationships and providing solutions that cater to user needs.

Tagline Evolution:

We transitioned from “Digital Experts” to “Digital Solutions” to emphasize the value of the services provided rather than focusing solely on the company itself. Various taglines were considered, including:

  • “Digitizing Businesses”
  • “Digital Leaders” : Emphasising on strive for success and staying upto daste on trends
  • “Innovative Solutions”: Focusing on providing innovative approach to all problems
  • “Transforming Visions into Reality”
  • Digital Solutions (FINAL)

 

Unique Service Personas:

To enhance the brand’s identity, we developed unique personas for each service offered by Intelly. Each service was assigned a distinct background gradient and unique elements, differentiating them visually while maintaining a cohesive brand identity. This approach allowed clients to easily identify and connect with the services they needed, fostering a more personalized experience.

Typography:

We selected Tachyon W00 for the typography, as it aligns with the modern theme Intelly aims for. Its clean lines and futuristic feel enhance readability while reflecting the agency’s innovative character.

Final Result:

To create a user-centered digital experience that reflects Intelly’s modern branding and effectively meets the needs of its audience.


User Research and Testing
:

To inform our design process, we conducted comprehensive user research to gain insights into the preferences and behaviors of Intelly’s target audience. This phase included:

  • Interviews: We interviewed prospective users to understand their needs, expectations, and pain points when interacting with digital agencies. These qualitative insights guided our design process.
  • Usability Testing: We organized usability testing sessions with prototypes to observe user interactions with the proposed design elements, identifying navigation issues and areas for improvement based on real user behavior.


Findings
:

From the research, we discovered several key insights:

  • Navigation: Users preferred straightforward navigation that enables quick and efficient access to information.
  • Mobile Responsiveness: With many users accessing the site via mobile devices, the designs needed to be fully responsive for optimal experiences across all screen sizes.
  • Accessibility: Users emphasized the importance of accessible designs, requiring clear contrasts, readable fonts, and intuitive layouts for individuals with varying needs.
  • Content Structure: A clean, uncluttered layout was preferred, making key content easily identifiable with minimal clicks to access important information.


Design Approach
:

In response to the research findings, we adopted a user-centered design approach prioritizing usability and accessibility. The design process included:

  • Wireframes: We developed wireframes to outline the website’s structure and layout, focusing on arranging content to enhance usability and align with user expectations.
  • Prototypes: Interactive prototypes were created to simulate the user experience, allowing for real-time feedback during usability testing sessions and refining navigation paths and content organization.


Outcome
:

The final UI/UX design incorporated the following elements:

  • Streamlined Navigation: A clear and intuitive navigation system was implemented, enabling users to easily find information about Intelly’s services, case studies, and contact details.
  • Mobile-Friendly Design: The website was designed to be fully responsive, ensuring seamless functionality across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Accessible Features: High-contrast colors, legible typography, and well-structured content were integrated to improve accessibility and user experience for all visitors.
  • Visual Consistency: UI elements, including buttons, icons, and images, were designed to align with the modern aesthetic established during the branding phase, reinforcing Intelly’s brand identity.

Color Scheme: The vibrant neon colors of green, cyan, and sea blue were consistently applied throughout the UI, enhancing visual appeal and maintaining brand recognition.

Typography: The use of Tachyon W00 with Inter Font in the UI ensured that all text was easy to read and aligned with the modern, professional tone of the brand.

Interactive Elements: Features like hover effects, animations, and transitions were incorporated to create a dynamic and engaging user experience while ensuring they did not detract from usability.


Future Considerations
:

To maintain an effective digital presence, ongoing user feedback and analytics should be monitored post-launch. This will facilitate continuous improvements and adjustments to the design, ensuring it remains aligned with user needs and industry trends.

Development Approach:

The website was built using a combination of powerful tools and platforms to ensure flexibility, scalability, and ease of use. Our approach included:

  • WordPress: As a content management system, WordPress provided a solid foundation for building the website, allowing for easy content updates and management by the Intelly team.
  • Elementor: This drag-and-drop page builder enabled us to design visually appealing layouts without the need for extensive coding. With its user-friendly interface, we could create custom designs that aligned with the branding goals.
  • Google Analytics: Implemented to track user behavior and website performance, Google Analytics allows for data-driven decisions post-launch. It provides insights into user demographics, traffic sources, and engagement metrics.
  • Hotjar: This tool was used to gather qualitative feedback through heatmaps and session recordings, enabling us to understand how users interacted with the website and identify areas for improvement.

Key Features Developed:

 

  • Responsive Design: The website was designed to be fully responsive, ensuring an optimal viewing experience across all devices, from desktops to smartphones. This adaptability enhances accessibility and usability for all users.
  • User-Friendly Navigation: Based on findings from the UI/UX research, we implemented a streamlined navigation system that allows users to easily access information about Intelly’s services, case studies, and contact details.
  • Interactive Animations: Subtle animations were added to enhance user engagement and provide visual feedback during interactions. These animations included hover effects on buttons and smooth transitions between sections, contributing to a dynamic user experience.
  • Integrated Analytics: By embedding Google Analytics and Hotjar, we established a framework for ongoing performance analysis and user feedback collection, ensuring continuous optimization of the website.

 

Outcome:

The website was successfully launched with the following results:

  • Enhanced User Experience: Users reported a more engaging and intuitive experience, which aligned with the objectives set out in the UI/UX design phase.
  • Increased Engagement: Early analytics indicated a rise in user engagement metrics, such as time spent on the site and pages per session, reflecting the effectiveness of the design and content structure.
  • Scalability: The WordPress platform provides the flexibility for future updates and additions, allowing Intelly to scale its digital presence as the business grows.

 

Future Considerations:

Post-launch, ongoing analysis using Google Analytics and Hotjar will inform further enhancements and refinements to the website. Regular updates based on user feedback will ensure that the site continues to meet the evolving needs of Intelly’s audience.
